  Sam Wendt has totally earned my respect. He helped me through two terrible car accidents, (which weren't my fault), and fought for a great settlement with each. I was kept up on everything, that went on with my cases, and was in constant contact, either with Sam, directly, or Rosalie Borgardts, Paralegal. Sam knows the law, and I trusted his knowledge and his confident negotiating skills. He always put me at ease, and walked me through every step of my court appearances. I let him do what he does best, and I didn't have to fear the results. There are many lawyers, in the Kansas City area, but Sam Wendt is the best of them! You will retain Sam, and his wonderful staff, with the utmost confidence that you have excellent legal representation.

  I was just thinking about it and I have never been so pleased with any other service I've ever had. Rarely do you feel that someone is on your corner when it comes to your health and what's fair. The truth is, I'm just grateful to know that Jessica Agnelley was there for me and wouldn't allow the insurance companies to just do anything they wanted to me and kept me informed every step of the way never have I been so pleased with a service. I have recommended this firm already to a few people i know and if you want the job done right go with this firm they truly have your best interest at heart. I would do a million commercials for them free of charge and i will be eternally grateful for the job that was provided for me. Good bless you all Sharon

  From the receptionist to the law clerks to the lawyers that assisted me through the process of my case, I would recommend this law firm to anyone. I felt totally involved and informed. Jessica A. was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and upfront regarding the process of my case. We didn't always meet face to face, but they communicated through emails, phone calls letters. Try them, you will like them.

  Jessica and Micaela are amazing! There is no way my husband and I could have maneuvered through the car insurance maze after he was hit.
