  Currently unable to reach via telephone. No option to leave a message. They just tell you to go online or call the toll free number. I have an issue that HAS TO BE DONE AT THIS LOCATION. I have talked to two different branches right now. Very frustrated. Glad this is not my primary account.

  Please do not waste your time doing business with this company. Dana who is in this office does not know what she is doing at all. She does not take time to check her work. When signing up for a saving account with my father she put my SSN on my father's account instead of his SSN. Secondly, She offered me to sign up for a credit card with them. I told her I will not sign up if it is a hard pull. She said it is a soft pull. I check my credit report and I have a hard poll from U.S. bank. I call the office and spoke with Dana and told her you told me the credit check would not be a hard poll in fact it turned out to be a hard poll. Her response: oops. I am sorry I thought it was a soft poll. Her mistake cost my credit score to go down with my permission. This is the kinda people they are hiring and letting handle your money. I would run quick to another bank that takes time to train and educate their employees on their services.
