- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bank there at US Bank and I keep getting all kinds of fees that make no since. Iam now looking for a different bank that wants to help me and not just use me and take my money for nothing. I would not recomended them to anybody including my dog.By A Google User, April 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I usually never write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one. I usually go to the plaza branch for US Bank but since I was up north and needed to make a stop I decided to go to this branch and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The teller took my card and I thought that he was helping me but instead had my card sitting on the counter while he helps someone in the drive thru. If you are working drive thru then I could have patiently waited for the next counter attendant, but I guess they were trying to make it seem as though they were taking care of everyone but instead I end up waiting even longer because he decided to take care of drive thru first .By Lydia Bonakies, March 27, 2017
