  I came here on Presidents day to withdrawal a bigger then usual sum of money. The teller was rude from the get go. I asked her for a withdrawal slip. I forgot to tell her savings so when I sent the checking slip back she was short with me and huffed about it. After I sent the completed form back. She said you can't withdrawal this amount in the drive thru you have to come in. So I said ok. Pulled up got my toddler out of the car. Only to realize the lobby was closed and she wasn't responding to my knocking. Looked like she was hiding. So I loaded my toddler back up in the car went back in the drive thru to get my drivers license. When I pulled up she immediately gawked at me and said you drove off so fast I didn't know what to say. I said well I thought you told me I needed to come in. She said Oh No I didn't. I said well what amount can I witbdrawal. She told me the amount in a frustrated tone. I said ok. She said heres your new form. It was just an overall rude experience. Not to mention the building is very awkward to get in and out of.
