  After having a package returned, I went through the hoops to get it resent out. Meanwhile, I was contacted by Eric. This process has gone on for about 2 weeks all of which it was fine, I was contacted a few times letting me know the status and my options to take from. Thank you, will recommend.

  DO NOT GO HERE.I would give this place no stars if possible. I usually go to the Brookside location where I'm greeted with a friendly hello and smile and the people are happy to help you. On June 24, I was near the Plaza so I stopped at this UPS location. I walk in; a man is talking to two other men. I later found out that he is the owner/manager whose name is Eric. He kept talking for a LONG time and they all totally ignored me as if I wasn't there. I was shocked at this rudeness. Even if they thought I was going to seal the package myself, they still should have said "Hello" and asked whether I needed help, but I was treated like I was invisible.I left with my package and drove to the Brookside location where I was treated very kindly. NEVER GOING BACK. The first thing those people need to do is to at least acknowledge the customer when they walk in and to ask whether they need help.
